Swimming 1.9 Kms: The swimming course is a single lap that starts in the famous Marina de Valencia, known for its excellent water quality due to its sheltered location. There are several key spectator points to take advantage of.

Cycling 90 Kms: The bike course combines flat sections and challenging terrains as athletes depart from the picturesque Marina de Valencia port towards Sierra Calderona and return to the City of Arts and Sciences. A total ascent of 700 meters.

Running 21.1 Kms: A 2-lap running circuit that starts from the iconic City of Arts and Sciences and passes along the Turia River. The route becomes interesting as it passes by several famous landmarks in the city of Valencia.”
