Swimming 3.8Kms: The swimming course is a single lap that takes place in the beautiful lake of Ulibarri-Gamboa which has drinking water quality.

Cycling 180.2 Kms: The bike tour is a 3-lap circuit that takes the athlete through the best natural settings and authentic towns of Vitoria-Gasteiz. It even covers a section of the Camino de Santiago.

Running 42.2 Kms: The 4-lap race takes place in flat conditions throughout the city center of Vitoria-Gasteiz. The traditional architecture and the overwhelming public will make the athletes finish the competition very excited. It ends in Plaza España.
